Playlist Folders: how do you use them?

One app feature that I love is playlist folders! I've got countless of playlists, made by friends, made by Spotify, found on the Community and folders make it easy to organise and keep track of everything that's in my library. 

I tried to make categories of all kinds of playlists that I have, and gave them a name and put an emoji in front of them to easily find what I'm looking for.

What is your best tip to use playlist folders? I'm curious how you all organise your libraries. 🙂

That's exactly what I would like too. The default folder icon is so boring. It is possible to add a picture to a playlist, but you can't add a photo to a folder, hopefully that option will be added anytime soon.

I would like to make my Folders (and all the playlists inside them), PRIVATE.  Anyone know how? I do not see a choice to do so.

i have one big folder called

decades and then i added a folder for

each year! i also love to use playlist folders for my spotify blends.  🙂

hi! I the wanna use the folders and organize cause that’s how I am, but is there a way to take playlists out of a folder? I added some old playlists to a folder and titled it “oldy moldy” (lol) but I wanna remove the playlists from the folder because I wanna organize my playlists differently. I have a pc, so if I can only do it on pc somehow I’m able to try, but I’ve already tried and looked on pc and mobile and I don’t see any options that let me remove a playlist from a folder. It only lets me merge playlists together inside the folder or delete them, and that’s it. I’ve also tried researching on YouTube and stuff but can’t seem to find anything showing out to remove playlists from folders. can anyone help me? thank uuuu :3

I am struggling to locate a playlist that Spotify created: Your Top Songs 2022.  It appears to have disappeared from my Your Library file.  I have 2020 and 2021 and I recall seeing 2022 briefly when it came out in early 2023 but then went missing. I've tried the restore lost playlist instructions but it does not appear there either. Any help would be most appreciated. I have a Premium membership account
