Playlist folder: add to new playlist not working correctly

My Question or Issue

When I select ”add to playlist” and go to a folder and select ”new playlist”, the new playlist appears in the root folder, not the folder I wanted.

Example: I have a playlist folder called ”Albums to listen to”. The name says it all. I like to add albums there as individual playlists so I’ll remember to check them out later. I have added albums there hundreds of times but now it suddenly doesn’t work. The new playlist does not go to the folder.
