My Question or Issue

Hi,

My problem is that spotify on my streamingdevices doesn't load my playlist, top mixes and daily mixes. This happends on both my Apple TV and Chromecast with Google TV 4k. The app says: Something went wrong and a try again button(no error code or anything). It loads albums and artists pages just fine on both devices. On my android phone/tablet and mac the apps behave normal. I just seem to have problems with device connected to a tv (streaming devices). Does anyone know what else I could try and is this a known issue?

What i've tried:

- Reinstalling the apps

- Signing out on every device

Thanks for the post.

This sounds pretty strange to be honest. First of all, I'd recommend restarting your router and checking if there are any available firmware updates for your TVs and letting those install. 

If that still doesn't work, can you try playing a playlist like Daily Mix on your phone and then switching playback to your TV with the Spotify Connect Picker - do you still get the error message then?
