Podcasts playing randomly

My podcasts are playing in what seems to be "shuffle" mode and I can't change it! It also keeps playing ones I've already listened to. How can I change this back so that they play in the order they are downloaded?

I have a premium account and using an Oppo on an android system.

Answer by monson67 should be the accepted description of the problem and also the accepted solution... for now. then spotify must correct this.

If you're always trying to improve your features, why are you still making excuses for not fixing a still existing five year old bug? I wish this website had a downvote feature, I'd love to see the numbers moderators would get whenever you talk down to paying customers raising valid concerns.
