Pourquoi mes playlists se suppriment toutes seules

Dès que je fais une playlist, soit elle se supprime directement soit elle reste pendant un temps et disparaît complètement.

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info about the behavior you mentioned. Just to confirm, does this happen on a specific device or does it happen no matter on which you try to create a playlist? If not sure, it'd be awesome if you check.

On another note, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the device(s) in which you noticed this behavior along with the Spotify version you're running there?

Did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details. If you create a playlist, do you see it in your library? Do you see your library empty? Please send us as many details as possible about this issue.
