Hey! This issue is still an issue. I am unable to resolve it, and trying to go to the page results in an "Access Denied" page. Please fix**bleep** Spotify!

Thanks for posting on the Community.

 

Can you give us a bit more info about what you experiencing - what device is this happening on, does it happen with a few different internet connections, do you see a specific error message in the app or are the songs just grayed out?

 

If you could also let us know what troubleshooting you have tried in trying to resolved this and which link gives you an error message, so that we can give you the correct one. 

 

We'll be on the lookout for your answer and we'll see what we can suggest next.

I have this experience too ... I essentially leave the Mac book on pretty much 24/7. When I open Spotify, all songs are available. However, the next day only songs that I have downloaded are available ... all other songs are greyed out. Closing and reopening the app makes them all available.
