Podcast video not working

I I have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and the video podcasts will work for a day and then it doesn't work after a day. I don't care to watch the video so I turned on audio only and it still doesn't play. I logged onto my computer account and the JRE podcast plays on my computer just not on my phone. Please help! I don't care to watch the video but I can't even get audio to the JRE episodes and the main reason why I subscribe to Spotify is for that podcast.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to clear your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues. Does this happen only with JRE or other podcasts as well?

If that doesn't do it for you, could you let us know your phone's Spotify version and, if possible, if you experience this on other mobile devices?

We'll be on the lookout for your answer and we'll see what we can suggest next.

I have to force stop the app every time it goes black and then it works again.
