Songs not showing in playlist after being added

I can't play a single song on Spotify. Every song I've searched for shows but I can't play even one

This type of issue on free accounts commonly happens when the country registered on your account is different from the one you're currently located in. So first, we'd recommend updating your country by following the steps mentioned in this article.
