Good day, whenever i try to add a song in my favorites it states that it already exists yet i cannot find it neither in the searchbar

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the thread. We moved your post from an old thread for visibility, hope you don't mind. 

 

In order to make sure we covered all the basics, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article

 

If the issue persists, would you mind trying on a different device (using your own account) to see if you can find or add the song from there?

 

Lastly, we'd recommend checking if you've the Explicit content filter turned off and turning it on to see if it makes any difference as the song may have explicit content.
