My Question or Issue

I have a message that I reached maximux downloaded offline music but I only that Surface would be my 3th device so it doesn't match anything that I read on the forum. Also all links to "My devices" and etc. don't work

Hey @_Suddoku_, if you're sure you haven't reached the maximum number of 5 offline devices per account, it could be that one of your devices has a corrupted cache, which can cause it to be counted multiple times.
