My Question or Issue
Duplicate and old devices show are greyed out. I am unable to delete them, I have tried signing out of all devices, unlinking the Alexa skill and neither have worked. Any advice appreciated.

I'd start by saying that sometimes Spotify shows devices in close range in Devices Available 
In order to try and solve this you can go to Settings(on Mobile) > Devices > Show local devices only (you can also try to factory reset those grayed out devices).
In case the above didn't help - please run a clean reinstall of your app following the steps provided here.
