Everytime we do a search while we are listening to some music appear the message "you are offline, try again". But the home page and the music streaming have no problem. To solve the problem we have to force close the app or switch off/on the data connection. It only happens with data connection (full 4g) not with wifi connection.

It's a common and serious bug here in Italy, you can check all the bad reviews in Italian Android play store. It could be related to vodafone network. We're waiting for a fix. Thanks.

under the net I mobile had already been solved the problem, I read something on the forum of ho and everything seems ok now. With vodafone still problems, the latest spotify beta app and I repeat that with a spotify version of a year ago no problem.

I tried it all: different versions of the app, the beta program, total reset of the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app...even changing phone didn't help! Please solve this problem!

With the app version 8.5.9.737 on my smartphone (Note 8, Android 9, Vodafone IT network) the issue has been fixed. Try to update at this version of Spotify app.

It seems to be working fine now, let's see.

Now with 8.5.10.774 (always on Galaxy s10+) seems that the issue improves and yesterday i have no issue at all. I'll keep updating on this thread.

Sadly, 8.5.9.737 doesn't fix anything here.

it is a beta version, I have had it for a few days but it has given me problems even if sincerely minor but always present

 


the bug persists with the latest beta version (updated yesterday)...

lasta beta version don't fix anything... same problem in the rest of Europe. we are not the only ones complaining. Incredible as spotify in recent months has not yet managed to solve the problem. shameful

I repeat... THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH VERSION 8.4.62.490, so the app worked well despite vodafone's problems...

You could use 8.4.75.670, it works fine, too.

I don't know about newer working versions.

But... I wish I could use the last version.

I'm trying versions newer than 8.4.75.670.

I want to see which is the last version properly working.

Last version (8.5.13.637) doesn't fix the problem.

My current test version (8.4.88.150) seems to be working fine doesn't work fine, too.

Now testing 8.4.79.630.
