I share a playlist but my friend just can listen a song for just 30 seconds. How can my friend listen the whole song. ?!

Playing songs on demand, no shuffle mode, is a Premium feature. You can read more about all the Premium features here.

It sounds like your friend is seeing a track review, which would explain why he can only listen to 30 seconds of it.

Could you let us know some additional details on how you're sharing your playlist with your friend so we can take a closer look?
