Signed me out and lost my library and Premium

I have been on Premium for about 5 months or so...  Yesterday, I clicked on Spotify in my car via Carplay, but it said it was signed out, that I need to sign in.  So, I signed in from my iphone. Ir remembered my login, but when it launched, it was like I was logging in for the 1st time ever.. asking me for styles of music, etc.. and my Premium subscription seemed to be forgotten.. and all of my library/playlists are gone.  I tried logging out/back in, I tried logging in from two different computers.. same thing.  It is gone... it remembered my username and password, but everything else is gone.  How can I get it back?  I am 98% sure I was logged in with my email address/password, not ever with Facebook, to my knowledge.  How can I get my profile back and manage my premium subscription?
