Song data is taking up too much space on my android phone

My Question or Issue

When I started my list on the new phone, I did not think about how it would end up in time. Right now Spotify uses 30gb on my device and it is very slow to start up. I may have chose hi filelity with video when I first installed it. I want to down grade but not loose my song list. How is this accomplished

To adjust the audio quality settings, please navigate to the settings menu in your Spotify app and downgrade the quality. After downgrading, you should be prompted to redownload all your songs.
