Sorting pods and music in my library

In my library I have a default folder Poddar. But how ca I get pods in there? There seem to be no way to sort music och pods on my phone. Where can I get info about that?

Welcome to the Spotify Community and sorry for the late response as we just came across this thread.

If you want to add podcasts episodes to a specific folder, you need to hit the 3-dot menu of the episode, and hit the option Add to playlist. There, you’ll see all the playlists and folders available to add the episode.

To sort these episodes or any playlist, you’ll need to pull down and release the screen into the playlist to display Filters and “Search within the playlist” icon at the top. If you need more info, feel free to check out our Sort and Filter article.

Hello Oscar DC

Sorry, but your answer didn't solve the problem. It is not just episodes I want to sort, but the whole podd. Now I have taken a Screenshot of my library (Swedish). In my library I want to sort my podds (UI seminars, Utblick, P3 Historia) in the folder Poddar. What else is the folder Poddar used for?

Thanks for the post.

Could you upload the screenshots with your next reply? There is a default folder labeled "Your Episodes", where only podcast episodes you've liked would go to.

If you want to add both podcast episodes and songs to a folder of your own, you'll first need to create a new Playlist and then add that playlist to the desired folder. You can do this on the Desktop app.

If that's not what you're looking for, please explain your issue in more detail, as it's a bit unclear right now.

Sorry, that didn't solve my little problem. Why can't I collect my different podds in one folder? In this screenshot I have four podds (P1: Mellanösternpodd, P3 Historia, Utblick, UI Seminars) that I want to put in one folder. Preferably the default folder Poddar. Why is that not possible?

Thanks for getting back to us. 

It's not possible to save podcast shows directly to a folder. You'd first need to add them to a playlist and then add that playlist to a folder. 

However, keep in mind that you can easily find all your followed podcast shows in Your Library by tapping on the Podcasts & shows filter.
