Specific downloaded songs won't play offline.

This has been an on-going issue for a while. DO NOT GIVE ME A TEMPLATE ANSWER SPOTIFY.

You listen to your downloaded playlist, then all of a sudden it STOPS. Certain songs just won't play even though they are downloaded.

- Turning the internet on and off won't work

- Redownloading the song again won't work

- REINSTALLING SPOTIFY WON'T WORK

Simply get your f. bug testers to fix the issue.

As I said, this has been an issue for weeks if not for 2 months now. This is unaccaptable Spotify. A paid service not being provided or fixed for so long.

Hey there,

First of all, to make this clear, I'm not a Spotify employee.

Now, this may be a dumb question, but does the playlist work if you play it with an internet connection? Now another thing you could try is setting a different Music Quality for your downloads on your Spotify settings.

Other than that, I personally don't know anything else, but I hope someone else can help you further and I wish you a great day and good luck.
