Unfortunately, Duo Mix was deprecated earlier this year and is no longer available, so it’s expected that you won’t be able to access this playlist.
However, if you’d still like a shared playlist combining the music that both you and the other member of the Premium Duo plan listen to, you can instead create a Blend with them. If it sounds of interest, you can read more about Blends here.

That’s right, the point of a Premium Duo (or Premium Family) subscription is the ability to have multiple users who live together enjoying Premium features at a discounted price.

When I invited my partner to join in a Duo plan, we both had a Playlist automatically created with a mix of our most listened to songs. This was really a great feature. Now for some reason, the playlists have disappeared from our accounts and we can't see a way to recreate them.
We are both using the Android app, but even when I log in on desktop the playlist is not visible.
Please can someone advise how we can get this nice feature back again, thanks.
