My Question or Issue

Hi all, from i guess the beginning of september or something else, i noticed that the shuffle playlist is not working well at all. Once i get the tracks really random, distanced about one or even 2 week (talking about my main playlist of 450-500 songs, but it happens with every playlist) now it seems, apart some tracks, that i get the same tracks sometimes even the same day. There are almost 500 songs, it's incredible that i always get about 100 songs or so which are almost always the same. It's extremely annoying. I tried all, uninstalling and reinstalling, both on PC and phone, same problem. I discovered that problem afflicits a lot of people since years. For me it happened just from the beginning of this month, and i'm very unhappy about that. I really hope you could fix this for me and for everyone once for good, i don't think it's so difficult.
