Spotify and Apple Music merge ...???

A few days ago, a pop up from either Apple music or Spotify (can't remember) came on my phone to merge itself to my Apple Music. I accepted this action because I thought "great I can listen to my songs on Apple Music, when I can't on Spotify" not realising how much space it ate on my phone, so now I want to disconnect it. However, on my Spotify account it's showing "No third - party account is linked" and there's nothing on Apple Music app to show it. How to do fix this please?

We can confirm there's currently not an option to transfer your Spotify library directly from our app to other streaming services. From what you kindly mentioned, it seems the pop-up message you received is related to this Apple Music feature.

Since you noticed there's no third-party apps connected to your Spotify that could make this process possible, we think this is related to the Apple Music app using more storage than before due to the transfer. You can check if that's the case by following this Apple guide to check the storage usage of your device. 

In that sense, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Customer Service, so they can clarify how that new feature works and how you can manage both the storage of your iPhone and Apple Music app.
