Spotify deleted my playlist

My Question or Issue

Yesterday spotify logged me out if my account. I wasn't able to log in till now. After logging in I noticed that my Playlist which contained over 300 songs has been deleted and my plan has also changed to a regular one. How can I recover my data and My plan details?
