Spotify for Artist Song was taken down for artificial streaming how to get back up with same streams

Our song was taken down with no warning recently after using a promotion service called pitch us they promise real listeners with ai. We are new to Spotify so had no idea they would just delete your song, we are not eligible for Spotify promotional services so we really had no choice. We know this now so won't use anything out of Spotify to promote, we just want to move on and get our song back up with the same streams as before or before the incident. Spotify and Distrokid are of no help whatsoever and keep throwing us back on each other so is there anyone that we can speak to that has experience with this or how do we contact Spotify to resolve this situation because regular support is no help. Hey I already did that and just keep sending me the same message that we can't tell you anything further and your distributer should be aware of this situation absolutely no help. Thanks for the reply
