Sync spotify local playlist between ubuntu and android

I have followed several guides without results. I use ubuntu 22.04 on pc, andoid on my smartphone and have spotify premium. I created a playlist (from the android device) with local files, and I would like to synchronize that playlist on the pc . I connected them to the same network (the phone hotspot). However, if I click on the download button for the playlist, the pc will not sync and I am not allowed to play the songs, even though I am able to see the playlist and the song inside.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community!

The way local files work has changed recently. The synchronization between files from PC and your mobile devices over the network is no longer available. The audio files, that you want to play, need to be physically present on your PC's storage in order to be played by Spotify. You have to upload them on your computer and then you should be able to enjoy them.
