There is no complete top2020

I don't have my complete Top 2020. There is only two playlists and nothing more. Please find attached.

What you're seeing there is your personal Wrapped 2020 which includes your Top songs and Missed hits. You can access it from the Made for You section in Your Library or from this Link.

If you open the link above in the Web player you should also be able to see the general Top Tracks and Artists for 2020 in that section.
