My Question or Issue

When I try to add a track to my playlist that's several years old, I get the expected pop-up message saying the track was added. But when I navigate to the playlist by clicking on it in the sidebar, I always find that in fact the track was not added. If however I add the track while viewing that playlist, it does get added. This error does not occur if I create a brand new playlist.
