In fact, yes you can transfer your account once to a completely fresh account with your library still in place. Please go to the Spotify Chat Support or Twitter Handle, let them know your query and they will take it from there. Do note that it might not be possible to transfer your Artists, and you cannot move transfer accounts more than once. Also, make sure to be logged in when you open the support link.

Hi. I have a old account from long time. My email is **bleep** . That email don't exist no more. I can receive nothing to this email. I don't now how to have all my 10 years music in spotify in my new account. Please help.

Hey there, if you do not have access to that email can you still login into your account? If you can log in, try these steps:

1. Go to Spotify.com and log into your account
2. Go to Edit Account Details
3. Change your email by entering the new one
4. Enter your password
5. Save and see if that works.

Once that is done, you can then ask Spotify Support Chat here or on Twitter to transfer to a new account.
