My Question or Issue
On my phone, there is a selection of your liked songs to get chilled or happy songs. So I clicked that cause it's only on the phone and not on the laptop to play those songs. But when I start to play a song from that category it completely stops my player for Spotify and I had to manually play something else on my PC.

Hi @Ness8,
Thanks for the reply and the screenshots. Does this issue occur only when playing liked songs sorted by genre or does it happen in other cases too? If it's only then, that's probably part of the reason. Because, as you said yourself, this sorting feature is not available on Desktop at the moment, playing like this causes a discrepancy between both apps - the mobile app is sorting the music in a way in which the PC cannot. So if that's the case, we recommend sticking to sorting options available across both devices when playing through Connect.
Hope this clears things up.
Hi there @Ness8,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you describe this behaviour in a little more detail? Do you mean that when certain songs are played through Connect, the playback switches to a different device? Please send us a screen recording showcasing the exact behaviour so that we can look into this further. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
Keep us posted.
Hi there no my issue is that I would like to play songs on my liked playlist that are sorted by genre on my computer because the computer doesn't have that option. So when I do use that option to sort and play it will not play anything and if something is playing it will completely stop the player and I have to open the computer Spotify to change or play a different song.
The first image failed. The second image is before I changed the music.
