My Question or Issue

Im unable to listen to more then 15 seconds of any song. And after this resent update im not able to download any music either doesnt even give me the option

It'd be useful to read this support site article and follow the relevant steps listed in it to see whether Spotify works properly as a result. 

You can also try and perform a clean reinstall of the app in order to start with a brand-new version of it and see whether the playback issues you experienced are gone as a result.

Ive already reinstalled the app after restarting my phone. With no luck

Just to clarify, are you currently on the Free plan or do you have a Premium subscription? What you are describing sounds like you might be on our ad-supported Free plan. Head here to check out the different types of subscriptions we offer.
