Unable to play songs in order

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, do you have Premium or you're using the free service? If you're using the free service, keep in mind that the mobile app doesn't fully support on-demand playback for free users, which is why the songs in your playlists don't play in order. 

However, there are some playlists such as Discover Weekly, Daily Mixes, and Release Radar that can be played on-demand, without Shuffle. 

On another note, Spotify free can help you find new music we think you'll love. That means we’ll continue to suggest tracks and artists for your playlists as you create and edit them. The more you listen, the better the suggestions will become. If you have less than 15 songs, we'll add more songs. You will see a message telling you that the extra songs were added by us, but they can be replaced by adding more songs.

If you have Premium, but you still can't listen to your songs in order, make sure that the Shuffle feature is off. If it's already off, we'd recommend logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row as this will trigger a sync between your account and device.
