Where do downloaded songs stay?

If I download one of the playlists made by spotify that changes from time to time, so some are excluded and others added right, so those that are excluded i will only find if i search for them? Or if i go offline all of them would appear?

When you download a playlist made by Spotify for offline listening the playlist will get updated every time you connect your device to the Internet and open your Spotify app on the specific device.

If you wish to find a song that was previously included in a Spotify-made playlist, you should use the Search feature as you mentioned.
