Why aren't my button commands not working on my JBL Wave 100 TWS

When I try to Pause/Play, Forward track or go back a track, it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? I'm on a Samsung a41.

I'm using the JBL Wave 100TWS earbuds

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

 

Since this issue could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This can be helpful in getting rid of any damaged files that might be causing trouble and also ensures you have the latest app version installed on your device.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking with other different Bluetooth headphones or a speaker to see if it makes any difference? This will give us a better look at the issue.

 

Lastly, to continue investigating this case, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.
