Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

Yes - mine is totally wrong. My top 2 songs are songs I haven’t listened to since my wedding day 🙈 and apparently on 9 November I listened for 10 hours… if only I had the time for that! Bit bummed as I really enjoy seeing these stats!

I don’t have my wrapped yet, it says “We don’t have your wrapped this year”. I was just wondering if it’s because I didn’t listen to music that much on Spotify?

thats probably accurate. That is a lot of time to listen to music!! The only people I've seen who get 70k hours are people who listen to music at work all the time, or something like that. Mine was 30k and I probably listen a lot more than the average person, i just cannot at work.

I didn't get the music evolution portion of my wrapped. Nothing in the actual wrapped story and no music evolution playlists. All my friends did. Why did some of us not get the music evolution feature in our wrapped? Really disappointing design this year and so many less insights than previous years.

I’m pretty sure mine is also wrong. I listened to something on purpose to get it to the top (played it muted on loop for several hours most days) and it’s not even in my top playlist at all? Is it because I muted it that it doesn’t count? It’s weird.

Hi, I belive my wrapped is wrong. It contains artists that I haven't listened to frequently this year, just as the top most listened to songs don't seem coherent. How can I resolve this?

I'd just like to know why didn't everybody get a "2024 music evolution". It was the only "fun" thing of this year's wrapped and many of us didn't get it.

My Spotify wrapped does not have a your music evolution part.

Yeah… mine is incorrect. An artist I play occasionally is on the top of my list. It’s straight wrong.

My Wrapped is completely inaccurate. It completely ignores everything I listened to in November, which is a lot, because it was the month I listened to the most music in my life. 

The Wrapped says that in 2024 (in the months I subscribed to Premium) I listened to 3.399 minutes. But in November alone I listened to 8,099 minutes. Not only that, in November I listened to a lot of songs from the 70s, and none of them appeared in the retrospective, especially Lake Shore Drive, which became my favorite song. 

The Wrapped was completely inaccurate and nonsensical. I would like this to be corrected.

Couldn't you put all the stats on that final page, like how many tracks, how many artists, what kind of genres and then the top what ever?

I've got 50k minutes of listening time, 8173 tracks, and 4567 different artists this year. And yet, the last “summary page” only says something like, “Yep, you just listen to these five similar artists, and your total listening time is X minutes.”

I don't even want to show that last page to anyone, it'd be so much better if it was more detailed. Now its just... so boring. It feels like such a missed opportunity to highlight all the cool stats you've already gathered

My Spotify wrapped is very incorrect. Two of the songs are songs I have never listened too or heard of before. I pay for Spotify, I would like this to be fixed if possible. Very disappointed 😞

My Wrapped makes no sense! I have not heard of any of the songs on my list. Either somebody hacked my account and listened instead of me or there was a big boo boo made somewhere

En comparación al Wrapped del año pasado este ni vale la pena.

Quitando que han seleccionado canciones que en mi caso habré escuchado como dos veces en todo el año. Artistas que quizás dos, tres cuatro canciones como mucho.

No sale absolutamente nada y para colmo, llega un punto que hasta me sale que error.

En conclusión, llevo esperando esto, para que el resultado sea esta cosa que supuestamente es el resumen de lo que he escuchado en todo el perro año.

Anda por favor, esto parece un chiste y sin gracia alguna.

I've literally never been more disappointed in my life. 

Not top genre this year????? I was looking forward to it. Instead I just got three listened to Spotify "vibes" from three months of the year. So not helpful or interesting. Because it's just a random mush of words and I create my own vibes. I'm so tired of Spotify pushing their own made up genres 😞

I was so excited because I was like 100% sure I would have rock as my #2 genre this year. Possibly I'd even beat out pop!!!

This is worse than that one year I got the "DSMP" genre which was literally just related to any music that might've been popular with DSMP fans.

I'm having the same issue I have never listened to a single song of my top 5 artist and I don't even listen to spotify this much so my numbers are all wrong.
