Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

Hey, I listened to hundreds of hours of a podcast this year, and didn't get a Wrapped page about podcasts. I wanted to know my totals for that show, and also rep the time i spent listening to it. Is there a way to get this? Thanks.

My Wrapped doesn’t include any of my podcast data, which is what I listen to the most. How can this be resolved?

I have the same issue. Like I have the songs that I've literally never heard of in my 'top songs list'. After the overwhelming hype they made, Something went very wrong with wrapped this year.

An artist is completely missing from my 2024 Wrapped, as if I’ve never once listened to her at all. I know from both stats fm and last fm that I listened to her for over 2500 minutes this year, which would make her my #2 artist of the year by a significant margin. One of her songs should be my #1 most played of the year (both in terms of playtime and number of streams), and multiple of her songs should be in my top 10 for 2024, yet she doesn’t appear anywhere in my Wrapped section at all. Not a single one of her songs appears in my top 100 playlist, which is flat out impossible. Something clearly went wrong here. Any idea what could explain this?

My Spotify wrapped is wrong! They got my top 5 songs and artists wrong. I listen to them like only 2,3 times throughout the year and they are in top 5?! Seriously?

I have a concern based on the percentage of listeners, according to my Wrapped I listened to 105,338 minutes this year and it says that I am within 1% of the world listeners. I've seen the Wrapped of other people who have fewer minutes listened to and come out with up to 6%, what does that mean?

Hi! I have the same error on my OnePlus Nord 2 but I do not have any "motion" setting in my phone settings which is disabled. Do you have some other suggestions to solve the problem? Thanks you!
