We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I listened to last Christmas like 400 times and it doesn’t even show up in my top songs playlist. 
But a song I listened to like 20 times is my number 2

downloading it on my phone just to see my spotify wrapped, then deleting it after.. that's the best idea i have

Changing my plan around or something messed up my wrapped, I have half the minutes listened than I did every other year, one of my top artists I've barely listened to this year, and my top songs all felt partially inaccurate. Extremely dissapointed

Why don’t I have any podcast info in my wrapped? I listened to podcasts way more than music this year!

A similar thing happened to me as well, I contacted customer support and they said they can't fix it

My 1 artist was someone I listened to along time ago. I feel like my #1 artist should have been Frank Ocean and my #2 artist should have been Tyler, The Creator and I want my wrapped to be changed.

I'm always excited to see my Spotify Wrapped but this year's has left me very confused. According to Spotify, my #1 song is Cream to My Coffee by Vaden Landers and I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS SONG BEFORE IN MY LIFE! How did this happen? What is up, Spotify?

Go to settings > accessibility > motion > reduce motion off

II dont know my wraop isn't showing up. It is very annoying since I also have the latest version of the app and also am using the browser which should be constantly updating. Please fix

Hey I have a problem with my Spotify wrapped. Namely, I didn't get one or only get the message "unfortunately we don't have Spotify wrapped for you"

I'm missing some slides in my Wrapped. It seems other people got them, but I did not. Like vibe per month, genres etc.

14.500 minutes, Premium, Netherlands.

Wrapped decided to add Jimmy Eat World's - The Middle to my top songs, despite me never selecting to play that song. In fact that song would come on at random after numerous albums, which means that Spotify really wanted me to hear it and I skipped it every time I could.

My “#4 most played song” was “Dead Man” by Alessia Cara which I have never listened to in my life, until today. Weird.

It won't say the number of tracks I streamed this year. I literally streamed so many different ones on purpose for the sake of spotify wrapped and I'm not getting the credit for this thing I decided to dedicate my year to. Yes I know I was able to keep track on spotify stats but spotify stats is merely a tool to use and it's not the same. I wanted to see what spotify wrapped would do if someone streamed 20K different songs. And apparently it means nothing... don't get to see any various lists of top genres. None of that which should come with it. I wish I could call someone to nicely discuss the issue [which I know I know bigger problems in the world] but like I'm stuck with this.

My top song on wrapped is one that I’ve never listened to or looked up once this year. And a few of my top 5 songs I also don’t listen to. Something is not right.
