Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

I didn't get a message from my top artists and I'm a top listener (taylor swift )

I just got the evaluation from August, September and October, didn't say anything about all the previous months. Also I think it just counted the minutes from these 3 months. I have had Spotify for over 7 years and the Premium version for over 2 years now, with the same account all the time.

Alright whoever’s job it was to do the Spotify wrapped this year needs to be fired. Cause you guys gave us a half assed PowerPoint presentation it was not even half as good as it was last year. NEW ONE PLEASE.

My wrapped is not accurate at all. For instance, 3 out of my top 5 artists were artists i only started listening to in the last 2 months of tracking. Again, looks like I'm paying extra for premium for the service to fumble and not to improve "user experience".

hey. i got a problem with my 2024 wrapped. my problem is that yall put sugarhill keem and edot baby in my top 5 artist and i didnt even listen to since like april 2024 so if i can suggest please put nba youngboy as top artist and replace sugarhill keem and edot baby with king von and lil durk plus replace the songs with future, lil durk, king von, and nba youngboy besides freestyle by lil baby. thank you, waiting for your reply!

My top song was completely inaccurate and ruined my entire Wrapped. It’s a song I don’t EVEN LIKE!!!!

The animations for spotify wrapped arent working therefore it doesnt feel smooth and am missing out on some of my stats when i click on the button it opens like normal but skips to the end of any slide i go to.

Hello, now that Spotify Wrapped 2024 is out, I’m curious to see the Wrapped from past years—2023, 2022, 2021… Is there any way to access them? I’m looking for the cards showing my Top Artists, Top Songs, and hours of music listened to.

I'm so so disappointed, I have over 300 episodes of rotten mango I listened to this year and I was excited to compare it to last year

Same here. My top 2 seem accurate, but the rest are not likely.. they need to rewrap the rewrapped.

Is there a way to fixed people's wrapped and resend them to people? Like others have been reporting, my wrapped is just straight up wrong.

Worst wrapped ever. The artist and songs in my top plays are inaccurate. Wrong genres.
