Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

My Question or Issue

The Wrapped 2024 playlists disappeared, and are nowhere to be found.

I see my Evolution playlist in the "Recently played" list, because I played it yesterday.

But other than that all the "My Top Songs" etc are just gone. I do not see them in the "Wrapped" section of the app, and in neither in the "Made for you" or "Music in 2024" search categories.

It is as if they never existed.

My “#1 artist” is someone I listened to a long ass compilation from for 2 days trying to figure out why people like him so much and then I never listened again aside from songs that may have appeared in playlists with other artists. All wrong.

i can see wrapped tab , I can see global list of the year, but I can’t find my own personal wrapped 2024. I did login all the time, why there is no my own wrapped 2024 , I had updated app to newest version

My Spotify wrapped doesn’t feature my top 2 artists i’ve actually listened to consistently this year. The minutes spent listening to music on spotify is also inaccurate. Weird thing is, the AI podcast made by Google actually mentions them and all, but they are nowhere to be found on the actual wrapped. please fix this

Hello, the wrapeed for 2024 have not arrived.
I updated the app, reinstalled it, nothing helps. There is a subscription, the results came every year, but now they are not there.
When iam type wrapped into the search, a window appears with the inscription 2024, but when you click on it, it takes forever to load

Mine is like that too. My top songs is way more accurate than my top artists. Logic is the main artist whose songs come up in my top songs but for whatever reason he’s not even in my top 5? Make it make sense, Spotify.

My #3 artist is someone I have never listened to.. they are not in my recent history at all, going all the way back to 2023. Sketchy.

Deeply disappointing. I didn't even get all the slides despite being premium for years and years now. There was nothing fun about it, and worst of all, no genres. 

The music between the slides cut abruptly without fade in, graphically it was not pleasing, and just overall it was a really bad one... 

This is the most exciting part of Spotify every year and somehow you ruined it, alas.

I am  very regular spotify user however my number 1 song was something I have literally never heard before. Have changed my password now, however worried about someone else accessing my account.

It's stupid that you can't see it on a PC or browser, only on a phone, why is it even there

I can’t see my podcast stats (as I listen more to podcasts than to music there is no reason why I shouldn’t have them as my friends all have them)
