We’re excited to hear about your 2024 Wrapped experience.

Please use this thread to let us know how you're finding your 2024 Wrapped, share your feedback, and share any issues you may be experiencing.

You can find this year's Wrapped by tapping Home and selecting the Wrapped feed. This link should also take you to the experience when you open it on your mobile device. If you still don’t see it, please try the steps below:

• Log out and log back in.
• Clear the app's cache.
• Restart your device.
• Reinstall the app.
• Try a different mobile device.

We’ll be keeping an eye on this thread and reporting back to the right folks, as well as linking to any known issues which may arise.

December / beginning of januari, there was a playlist my top artists 2024 but only songs that had video clips of these artists.
I believe i saved the list, can't 100 % remember though. but even though i am unable to search for it. i believe it was part of the wrapped / your top songs of 2024 playlist rollout, can only find the top songs playlist. any suggestions?

Same here. I went back and checked all my emails from Spotify to be sure I didn't miss it. I got the notifications in previous years, but nothing this year. Very disappointed.

Same issue for me. I cannot find any page or email regarding to my 2024 wrapped.

Will Spotify add minuets to my wrapped at the end of the year if the app is fully closed but I am still listening to music in the background?

Hi there, to fully understand this situation I need to know if you are using a laptop such as a Chromebook or you are using a IPhone/Android. If you are using a laptop, it will not effect your minutes as long as you are using the web player and not the app, the app will not count your minutes if you have it minimized due to how it's programmed when it is collapsed. If you are using a IPhone/Android, the straight forward answer is no. There are no ways to make it count your minutes unless you are actively listening (having the phone on with the app open). Hi there, is it still possible to see my 2024 wrapped even though it's not Feb 2025? I can't find it in iOS or Desktop app.

Where is my thank you video from eminem? I didn't get it, even though he was my most listened artist in 2024, so did I actually waste whole year waiting his thank you video for nothing? I was highly disappointed, when I didn't get it in my 2024 spotify wrapped!!
