[Your Library] Artists in Generated Playlists not Relevant

It used to be the case (from what I can tell >1.5 year ago) that generated playlists like the Daily Mix and Top Songs of <Year> would only contain artists that I had actually listened to. Now, these playlists contain artists that I do not find relevant and in particular, I have never actively listened to these artists. They may have shown up in one of your previous playlists, so I may have inadvertently listened to the artist, but I did not seek out this content. Even when I skip these songs or remove them from the playing queue they continue to proliferate my playlists.

This is super annoying as the playlists used to be highly relevant to my listening history.  If you actually want to suggest new content then please keep these artists in the "Recommended for you" section.
