cannot listen offline files downloaded in my library

Hello:
I have a problem with listening downloaded music in my iPhone. When I am offline and access to library, for listening to already downloaded files, the player doesn't start. It only goes with it when I get access to network again.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to listen to your downloaded content? 

If so and it still doesn't work, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. 

If the issue persists after performing a clean reinstall of the app, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
