cannot transfer my liked songs to another person

I have not been able to transfer my liked songs to someone who also has spotify

There is no direct way or feature to transfer your library to another user/account. However, there is a way to transfer your liked songs and playlists:

1. Select all your liked songs using the Spotify Desktop App.
2. Add all the items to a playlist.
3. Make the playlist public and share the link.
4. Open the playlist using that link in the other account.
5. Click the 3 dots menu to copy it using the Add to other playlist option.
6. Now they can add your liked songs to their library and other playlists.
