I can't see song images on the lower left corner when i am on the windows application.

Let's take a look.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app following these steps? You can also try switching network connections to see if the issues persists.

Also, make sure that your computer software version is up to date, as well as the app itself.

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of what's happening with the app exactly so I can take a closer look.
