how do i know if someone left my collaborative playlist?

title, playlist was created mid september and was wondering if someone was really still in my collaborative playlist(has not added any songs but name is still visible)

Thanks for asking!
All Collaborators are shown right under the playlist title:

If you can only see you name there, you're most likely the only person left.
You could, however, always send out a new link to anyone you wish and invite them to join the party!

If it shows that someone is still registered as a collaborator on my Spotify playlist, does that necessarily mean that they still have the playlist in their saved playlists and are able to view it?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

It's possible to still be in the collaborators' list on a playlist even though you no longer have the playlist saved in Your Library. If you're the owner of this playlist and you want to make sure that nobody will be able to view it, you'll need to remove them by clicking on the profile pictures under the playlist's name as seen on @Vasil's screenshot and then on the three dots next to their name and on Remove from playlist. Afterwards, you can click on the three dots under the playlist's name and then on Make private if you want.
