Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community. 

Could you give us more info about the issue you're experiencing? You can't see your playlists in Your Library, but if you search them from Search they show up? 

If that's the case, could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? If you're fine with sharing the playlists' URI with us, please do so. We'll take a closer look. 

Additionally, sending us a screenshot where we can see the playlists missing in Your Library and then in Search would come in handy.
