the application has not been working properly for half a year!

desynchronization of the application on the smartphone with the PC - the track switches but the old one is displayed on the smartphone ... also switching with a swipe does not work when you control playback on the computer from the phone, but you have to press the button!

what do you update there every week but for half a year you cannot fix such bugs ??? I am sitting on the old version because of this! what am I paying money for?

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? This will help us to avoid any repeating steps.


On another note, could you send us a video of the issue happening so we can take a closer look?


Lastly, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices?
