Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? If it happens across devices, we'd recommend giving another internet connection a go to see if the same happens. 

If it happens only on a specific device, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your device to check if they can replicate this behavior? 

Lastly, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your affected devices would come in handy.
