I have tried the free week trial for premium and now im trying to get the 3 months for $0.99 but its not letting me do it because it says "i have already done it" which isn't true. Help me please

The $0.99 for three months offer is only available if you've never had premium in any way, ever. Since you had the free week of Premium you are ineligible for the offer. Sorry. 😞

but my brother used the 30 day free trial and is still paying the $0.99 a month

The page for the offer specificaly states that "Users who have subscribed to the Premium service or who have taken a trial are ineligible for this offer." So either there was a bug in the system and he got lucky, or he had another account that hadn't previously had a trial on it.
