Every version in the last 3months is getting worse,slow,unresponsive and the latest version crashes every time I try to play. I have premium service and not use spotify. What a mess.

@Jaynie76 What kind of crashes are you facing? The recent updates has improvements than the past.

Playing any song that is not from a playlist, automatically closes spotify.

@Jaynie76 Log out of the Spotify app, go to iPhone Settings -> General -> Usage and remove the Spotify app and reinstall from App Store. It should work!
