30 minutes of ad-free music not working (not fixed)

So this just happened, but I got the 30 minutes of ad-free music ad, so I press click video or whatever and it plays the ad, after that it says thanks for watching now enjoy 30 minutes or whatever it says...then immediately after that, another ad comes on, one song plays, another ad plays...

This has happened MULTIPLE times.
Any fix? Full restarting my phone only fixes it for like a day, and also, I only have 3 skips instead of 5.

Did the app crash at any point during the 30 minutes? If it did, that can cause the ad-free time to reset. If not, did you definitely watch the video ad that grants you 30 minutes ad-free listening in full after hearing the offer? 

We'll see what we can suggest.
