My Question or Issue
When I share the url of our album in facebook (https://open.spotify.com/album/3bZa5YGJloLvu5ENfr0Jk0?si=ZmDeIP_jRNahblgXSthk5Q) , where my band's name should be (IntelliScience), I see a "Whoops!" there. Find attached evidence. I asked my frineds to see my post in my profile from their phones, and they see the same, either from an Iphone or Android. This doesn't happens when I see my post from my computer or other computers.
I have artist access to this band. Is there something I could do to resolve this?

Hey there @paulodomic,
Thank you for your post here in the Community.
Can you let us know if this only occur with your band name or with multiple artists?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Cheers!
Hello, Jeremy!
I just checked once again, it still happening and only with my band.
A bandmate using Android tried as well, and got the same result.
Hey @paulodomic,
Thanks for getting back in touch and for letting us know that.
In this case, we suggest that you run a clean reinstall on your devices to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than a normal one.
If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screen recording of how you're sharing the content?
We'll be waiting for your reply 🙂
Hi there @paulodomic,
Thanks for sending us this info.
Could you let us know if the issue persists using a different browser?
On another note, we suggest that you try clearing the original browser's cache before sharing the track again.
Let us know how it goes!
