APP doesn't accept my username/pw - website does!

Hi,

I've just created an account and upgradet to premium. Neither the program on my macbook, nor the apps on my iphones accept username/pw, on the website it works well. I've changed PW a few times, but the problem remains the same: neither program nor app accept the new PW, website does.

What can I do?

try to uninstall Spotify on both devices that are having a issue and download it again and install it
